If the port authorities temporarily close the bay or cancel boat departures due to unsafe conditions (such as tropical storms or thick fog), we cannot launch the water taxis. While our stable, high-quality touring kayaks are excellent for all types of adventure seekers, we recommend that at least one person in your party has basic paddling confidence, as this is a completely unguided, self-guided experience. You do not need to try and fit your luggage onto the kayak! You are more than welcome to securely store your large backpacks, suitcases, or travel gear at our main office near Ben Beo Pier for free. You only need to take your small valuables, sun protection, and cameras with you in the provided dry bags.
